And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precise prize-a share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion] - Matthew 11:12 (Amp)
"And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt" - Matthew 26:39
"And I sought for a man among them that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none" - Ezekiel 22:30
A covenant is essentially a binding agreement or a contract. In any contract, the acts and responsibilities of those entering into it are specified. The contract also defines the results or the consequences, should one of the parties default or breech it.
We had a prayer meeting today, and I want to share a scripture and principle from that meeting.
"Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven" - Matthew 18:19
